IN-HOUSE TRAINING DAY

Last Friday we had an exciting day at the office with over 50 of our clients coming down for some in-house training with our team of traders.  It was an exciting day from all involved as some of our biggest clients got to see exactly what our top traders do every single day to make great returns.

The day began with a meet and greet. Many of our clients had never even met our traders face-to-face and previously had all dealings over the phone. The meet and greet gave our traders an opportunity to go over in detail all the factors they intended to achieve throughout the day and gauged an overall understanding of what some of our clients had been struggling with so we could focus on this today.

When we went into the trading floor each one of our traders assumed their normal positions with the clients watching with great enthusiasm scribbling notes continuously.  After several trades were made it was explained to the clients that if they follow the same process every time and execute the trades with the same discipline they could get a similar performance.

After a couple of hours on the trading floor, the clients were taken for some one-on-one training with our traders. In this session they were free to ask any questions they liked and got to hear some professional advice from somebody who has been making their living from trading for many years. After speaking with a lot of the clients I got the impression this was the overall best time of the day for most of the clients. To lock a seasoned trader down and for him to be prepared to share some of his wealth of knowledge and secret tips to trading is a rare occurrence.

After the one-on-one session our CEO Mr Robert Henley made an appearance to share a few words about taking trading to the next. Mr Henley discussed how many of our clients who have been really successful have, in fact quit their day job and become full time traders, which is something that is achievable for all of our clients if they are passionate enough.
Once Mr Henley concluded his meeting, he personally took the group of clients to a nearby favourite restaurant, Delmonicos, to discuss the day’s events and enjoy a top quality meal.
